Cancellation policy
How much you get back depends on how far ahead you cancel — the same tiers apply to every trip.
Refund tiers
- 7 days or more before departure: 90% of what you have paid is refunded.
- 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of what you have paid is refunded.
- Inside 3 days of departure: no refund.
The refund is calculated on the amount you have actually paid, not the full trip price — so if you only paid the deposit, the refund is a percentage of that deposit.
How to cancel
Open the booking from My Bookings and choose "Request cancellation." We confirm the refundable amount before processing it back to your original payment method.
If we cancel a departure
If we cancel a departure — for low bookings or unsafe weather — you get a full refund or a free transfer to another date, whichever you prefer.
